End User License Agreement (EULA) and usage guidelines for the Common Ground Party ecosystem.

01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the Common Ground Party website or mobile applications (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

02. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Our Service allows users to write articles, post comments, and engage in real-time chat discussions. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on the Service.

🚫 Strict Prohibitions (Objectionable Content Policy):

There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or harassing content. You agree that you will not post, upload, or transmit any content that:

  • Is defamatory, libelous, hateful, threatening, or harassing.
  • Promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
  • Contains explicit material, pornography, or links to adult content.
  • Promotes illegal acts, scams, or malicious behavior.
  • Violates copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights of third parties.

03. Moderation and Enforcement

The Common Ground Party moderation team actively monitors user posts, comments, and chat channels. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to:

  • Remove or hide any content deemed in violation of this EULA.
  • Issue warnings to accounts violating community guidelines.
  • Permanently terminate or suspend user accounts without prior notice.

Violations reported by users will be investigated and addressed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

04. Reporting & Blocking Tools

We empower our community to maintain a healthy dialogue. The Service provides in-app mechanics to handle abusive users:

  • Flag Content: Any user can tap the "Flag" button next to any post or comment to report it for immediate review.
  • Block User: Users can tap the "Block" button on any user profile or inside active chatrooms to filter out all future content and messages from that user.

05. Account Deletion

You are free to stop using our Service at any time. You can permanently delete your account directly inside the profile settings screen in the mobile or web app. Tapping "Delete Account" will immediately erase all personal records and content data from our live database.
